The distinctive signatures of two creative chefs: Eric Caillon (1997 Logis de France Award winner – 1st National Prize for Desserts and Selected in 2005 for the Starters category) and Christophe Auger have given the Les Glycines restaurant in Melle its excellent reputation.

Come to the brasserie for lunch or have an à la carte meal in the recently restyled restaurant; you will not be disappointed! The chefs’ menus start at €12 (at lunchtime): the Menu Découverte (€42.50), or the Menu Terroir (€18to €26.50) include à la carte dishes that reflect the season’s produce, in a combination of tradition and inventiveness.

The Seasonal Menu and the various set menus are changed regularly to suit the season.
